The council voted to approve the consent agenda by voice vote, recorded as five in favor, one absent. The city manager said the RFP for the Jackalof Bay dock replacement has been issued and is scheduled to close on May 15.
City staff told council the Jackalof contract was in final review at the time of the meeting and that execution was anticipated in the coming weeks; the manager asked council to expect follow‑up reports on contract execution and RFP results.
