Manasquan Board recognizes students and staff, reports enrollment and two confirmed HIB incidents

At the Nov. 19 meeting the Manasquan Board presented Students and Teachers of the Month, inducted an Academic Hall of Fame honoree, reviewed enrollment (1,392 students) and reported one confirmed HIB incident at the high school and one at the elementary school.
At its Nov. 19 meeting, the Manasquan Board of Education recognized Students and Teachers of the Month, presented awards and inducted Clement Bramley into the Manasquan High School Academic Hall of Fame.
Mr. Goodall introduced and congratulated the student honorees—Cooper Bodnar (freshman), Carina Martell (sophomore), Sofia Arbeit (junior) and Jack Mura (senior)—and staff honorees including Kristin Radzinsky (High School Teacher of the Month) and Lauren Brown (Elementary School Teacher of the Month). Certificates, personalized medals and small gift awards ('Wally Bucks') were presented, and the Bramley family was invited forward for the Hall of Fame induction.
Principals Jaclyn Puleio (lower elementary), Megan Manetta (upper elementary) and Dr. Matthew Kukoda (high school) delivered updates on school events, professional learning communities, iReady, proposed programs for 2025–26 and other school matters; their presentations are on file in the board office.
In the Superintendent's Report, Mr. Goodall reported district enrollment at 1,392 students (918 at the high school and 474 at the elementary), and he noted mandated safety drills for October. The board received the HIB monthly report (Document C), which recorded one confirmed HIB incident at the high school and one confirmed at the elementary school for October. The Superintendent’s Report and related documents were approved by the board on a unanimous roll call vote.
The meeting included time for public comment on agenda items and general public comment; the presiding officer opened both forums and reported no speakers during the meeting. The board adjourned after reconvening from executive session at approximately 7:42 p.m.
