At the March 19 meeting, a presenter from All Green Services outlined an offer to assist or replace Brooklet's trash operations, claiming the company could reduce costs and eliminate the city's equipment and maintenance expenses.
Council and staff discussed inefficiencies in servicing areas far outside the city and noted delinquent accounts that still receive service. The council did not adopt any changes and instead asked staff to review pricing, service-area boundaries, and collection policy and to consider expanding services only into nearby areas.
The matter was left for future consideration; no contract or formal procurement action was initiated at the meeting.
