The minutes record that City Manager Mr. Kerlin presented the City Manager's Report and Mr. Jay presented the City Attorney's Report before adjournment. The dB Integrations final‑payment authorization is explicitly conditioned on City Manager approval in the minutes; staff files should be consulted for payment schedules, retainage and final acceptance documentation.
