Board adopts zoning text changes for Corporate Gateway Overlay

Assistant Township Manager and planning staff summarized the changes as updates to plan processing and submission requirements, architectural standards, parking rules, permitted uses and allowable floor‑area ratios in the Corporate Gateway Overlay. The amendments are intended to clarify standards for development in that overlay district and to add a specific parking requirement for self‑service storage uses.
Township Solicitor Kearney opened the hearing at 7:00 p.m.; after public comment was taken per the certified transcript, the Board reconvened in regular session and voted to adopt the amendments.
