Select Board approves warrants, minutes and committee reappointments

During the July 22 meeting the Hope Select Board approved routine consent business by unanimous votes.
Charles ("Charlie") Weidman moved and Joseph Tassi seconded approval of the July 8, 2025 minutes. The board similarly approved Treasurer and Payroll Warrants #106, 107, 108, 109 and #4–9 on a 5-0 vote.
On appointments, the board reappointed Karen Orhon to the Cemetery Committee for a three-year term ending June 30, 2028 (motion by Weidman, second by Wayne Luce, passed 5-0) and reappointed Bradley (Brad) Boyd to the Appeals Board for a five-year term ending June 30, 2030 (motion by Weidman, second by Crystal Robinson, passed 5-0). The board also approved a BYOB permit for Terrance Benner’s event at Beaver Lodge on Aug. 2, 2025 (moved by Weidman, seconded by Robinson; passed 5-0).
These items were handled without substantive debate and did not require additional follow-up noted in the minutes.
