The Mayor and Council of Chattahoochee Hills adopted the city's fiscal year 2025 budget at a special called meeting June 27, 2024, after City Manager Robbie Rokovitz presented the proposed plan and noted several revisions.
Rokovitz told the council the Statement of Revenues, Expenditures and Capital had been changed and that the rezoning fee was adjusted to $40.00 per acre, down from $50.00 per acre. Mayor Reed opened the required public hearing; no members of the public spoke for or against the budget during that hearing.
Following the presentation and hearing, Councilmember Peek moved to adopt the ordinance to approve the FY2025 budget, and Councilmember Foster seconded the motion. The minutes record that the motion passed unanimously.
The ordinance adopted the budget for each fund of the city and included the fee change referenced by staff. The council did not receive public comment opposing the budget during the hearing. The meeting adjourned at 4:18 p.m.
