Surveyor presents Edgewater Drive renovation; commission closes hearing and will take matter under advisement

He said plant spacing would be adjusted per staff preference and that he could provide a revised plan by the end of the week. "We believe these changes to the project meets the performance standards of the local bylaw and request an Order of Conditions be issued at this point," Fricke said.

Staff support was recorded: Fallon said she had spoken with the homeowner, who is "all set and okay with the new mitigation location," and had no further comments. During the hearing staff noted the proposal had addressed prior comments and that a PVC pipe still on the property would be removed.
