Thomasville ABC Board approves agenda, minutes and payrolls; schedules Jan. 20 meeting

The Thomasville ABC Board met Dec. 16, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at the store at 1144 Randolph Street and approved the meeting agenda and the minutes of the Nov. 25 meeting. Chairman Cran Plyler presided; Don Clinard moved to approve and Plyler seconded. The motion passed unanimously.
The board also reviewed and approved payrolls for the week ending Dec. 6, 2025, longevity payments and ACH disbursements after those items were presented to the board. The transcript does not record a mover and seconder for the payroll approval, but the minutes state the items were presented and approved.
Store General Manager Leigh Ann Lowe presented the November law-enforcement report and supporting documents; the board reviewed and approved that report. Lowe also brought a new statewide meal policy to the board's attention and said it was provided for information because the board’s meetings do not include meals.
With no further business, the board adjourned and set its next meeting for Tuesday, Jan. 20, 2026. The minutes close with seasonal greetings.
