Council delays decision on commercial property; owner says use will be minimal

Council members agreed to delay a vote until the April 8 work session to allow additional review and to give staff and the commission time to apply updated procedures to the request. Mr. Allred said he is willing to cooperate with the town to follow applicable ordinances and procedures.
