The board instructed staff to return at the next regular meeting with a resolution to approve $28,000 for final concept plans. Separately, the board adopted an updated 10-Year Capital Improvement Plan (Resolution 26-115) after staff presented a revised Gantt chart and timeline adjustments tied to funding considerations.
Mayor Fitterer and staff thanked the CIP team for the work. The board’s direction signals moving into final design budgeting for the library project and places the CIP updates into the near-term implementation schedule.
