New Smyrna Beach commission certifies election results and swears in mayor, two commissioners

The New Smyrna Beach City Commission adopted Resolution 78-24 on Nov. 12, 2024, formally declaring the results of the 2024 municipal election and then held a swearing-in ceremony for three officials.

Mayor Cleveland invited Judge Hite to administer the oaths and closed the meeting after the ceremony, adjourning until 6:30 p.m. and inviting attendees to a reception.
