Kensington trustees approve 2025 trustee packet, report no transactions

The Trustees of the Trust Funds in Kensington met Jan. 30 at Kensington Town Hall and approved the 2025 annual trustee packet, Trustee Kristopher Moody and Trustee Sue Cannon recorded.
The approved packet includes the 2025 Kensington Trustee Report, the Three Bearings MS-9 report ending 12/31/2025, and the 2025 Kensington Town Report. Trustee Kristopher Moody opened the meeting at 8:49 a.m. and the trustees reviewed and approved those documents during the New Business portion of the meeting.
Trustees reported there have been no scholarship applications to date. They also recorded that there were no deposits and no disbursements for the last period. The minutes state that no members of the public were present for the Citizen’s Forum.
Trustee Kristopher Moody was assigned to type the meeting minutes and to send the approved trustee packet to Town Administrator Kathleen Fletch and Town Clerk Sarah Wiggin. He was also directed to upload the approved 2025 trustee packet to the NHTTF.org portal.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:59 a.m. The trustees scheduled their next meeting for Thursday, March 19, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Town Hall.
