The Benton County Drainage Authority set the date, time and place for its Annual Special Drainage Authority Meeting on March 3. The board approved a motion to hold the meeting Monday, Aug. 17, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the Foley High School Auditorium in Foley.
The schedule accommodates Drainage Authority legal counsel and the Foley High School auditorium’s availability, the board said. Postcard notices will be mailed to landowners approximately one month before the meeting, the authority said, consistent with last year’s practice.
The motion to set the meeting date was moved by Jared Gapinski and seconded by Steve Heinen and carried unanimously. Drainage Attorney John Kolb of Rinke Noonan Law Firm and county staff confirmed the date and venue before the motion.
