Selectmen sign July tax warrant, approve minutes and adjourn
Summary
The Selectmen signed the warrant setting the July tax-bill due date for July 6, approved minutes from May 11 (public and nonpublic), and adjourned the June 1 meeting after routine acknowledgements and thanks to volunteers.
Joan Cleary presented the warrant for the July tax bills and the Selectmen signed it; the due date for the July bills will be July 6, 2026.
The Board reviewed minutes from its May 11 meeting. Selectman Tom Driscoll moved to approve the public minutes of May 11 as written; Selectman Mike Fimbel seconded the motion and it passed unanimously. Driscoll also moved to accept the nonpublic minutes from May 11; Fimbel seconded and the board approved those minutes as well. Driscoll thanked Ben Crosby for making space in the shed for the Beautification Committee and thanked Bonnie Angulas for meeting with the Selectmen’s Advisory Committee.
With no further business before the Board, Driscoll moved to adjourn; Fimbel seconded and the meeting adjourned at approximately 7:45 p.m.
