At a public hearing on May 26, the Kennebunk Select Board approved liquor, victualer and lodging licenses for Shree Brahmani Hospitality LLC, which is operating as The King’s Port Inn at 18 Western Avenue.
The Municipal Officers opened the public hearing on the application and, after hearing no comments, the board voted to grant the requested licenses. Lisa Pratt moved to approve the licenses; Karen Plattes seconded the motion. The motion passed by a show of hands, 6–0, with one member absent.
The action allows the newly owned inn to operate under the town licenses referenced in the application materials filed with the town clerk.
