Windham updates planned EV chargers and solar rollout in partnership with Titan Energy

On economic impacts, Harris told the committee that WHS’s existing solar panels are reducing overall energy consumption by about 10% and that Barrows benefits from a "locked in" energy rate he described as "very low — around half of current generation rates plus no delivery charge."
