At its Jan. 15 meeting the Middleton Housing Authority received operational updates and audit results and set its next meeting for Feb. 19, 2026.
Recording Secretary Cynthia Dunn advised the board that J Perez Construction is replacing handrails on two handicapped ramps and that the authority is awaiting a signed contract from a contractor for replacement of bath fans at Memorial Drive. The minutes do not provide a contract value or timetable for the bath‑fan work.
Dunn also reported that the FY2025 audit has been completed with no findings. The board did not record any further discussion or requests for additional audit detail during the meeting.
