The council did not act to confirm Jared Pathkiller as a sanitation worker. Recorded roll-call votes on the confirmations and resignation were 4-0 after Councilmember Lane Kindle left the meeting earlier.
The city clerk read a public statement that items 5–9 were discussed in executive session, that no other topics were discussed there, and that no action was taken during the closed session except the recorded confirmations read into the public record afterward.
