Chairman Rae Ann Bower convened a Nov. 4 special meeting of the Castleford School District No. 417 board at 6:02 p.m. Trustees present included Will Jaynes in addition to the regular-membership trustees.
Trustee Kim Taylor moved to change the order of the agenda; Trustee Charlene Davis seconded and the motion carried. Taylor then moved to hire Kobi Bower and Chelsea Brubaker as junior high girls basketball coaches; Trustee Will Jaynes seconded and the board carried the motion.
The board entered executive session at 6:15 p.m. citing Idaho Code 74-206(1)(b) (personnel). Roll-call votes were recorded in the minutes excerpt with Trustees Brian Darrow, Will Jaynes, Kim Taylor, Rae Ann Bower and Charlene Davis voting yes to enter executive session. Trustees subsequently voted by roll call to exit executive session at 7:18 p.m. The special meeting adjourned at 7:19 p.m.
