Commission hears updates on grants and asks staff to check Bellhaven solar spending

A commissioner requested a specific update on the Bellhaven solar project; the commissioner said the project allocation runs roughly 2025–2028 and asked staff to report on spending progress at the next commission meeting. Staff agreed to check the Bellhaven allocation and report at the commission’s October meeting.
The informational items did not include formal action; commissioners requested staff follow-up and the chair closed the informational segment and moved the meeting toward adjournment.
