The Putnam County Planning Commission had previously voted unanimously to recommend approval at its May 13, 2026 meeting.
A commissioner moved the ordinance as presented and the board voted unanimously in favor.
What happens next: approval makes the site eligible for building and site-work permits compatible with the RE zoning district, subject to standard permitting and applicable environmental and floodplain requirements.
