After a separate public hearing on the full 2025 budget, Albert moved to approve the budget as certified; Engel seconded and the vote was 4–0 in favor.
The actions came during the council’s regular session at Bucklin City Hall. The minutes record the hearings opened and closed with no public comments. The Appropriations Ordinance No. 24-09-16 for $40,061.62 was listed on the consent agenda and approved as part of the meeting’s routine business.
