Council to assume permit approvals after zoning board resignation; temporary office, fence permits approved

Main Street for 60 days beginning Aug. 19, 2024; Kevin Seals seconded and the motion carried. Separately, Kaitlyn Ball moved to approve a zoning permit for David Lord to build a fence at 413 Osage; K. Seals seconded and the permit was approved.
The minutes do not record a formal hiring decision or a timeline for Fleming’s proposed draft. The council did not record detailed conditions attached to the temporary Conex permit beyond the 60-day term.
