Council postpones Sunrise Village subdivision amendment until August

The postponement motion was seconded by Councilmember Bud Powell and carried 3-0, with Dalene, Steck and Powell recorded as voting in favor; Councilmembers Anthony Beal and Dennis Nordfelt were absent.
Council indicated interest in addressing the amendment when a full Council is present and after further review of broader development standards. Staff will return the item on the August agenda for further consideration.
