Council approves moving proposed land transfer to Pulaski Redevelopment and Housing Authority to public hearing

The parcels discussed are along Madison Street; Day said the council needs only to move the matter to public hearing, not to finalize any sale or transfer tonight. A council member moved and seconded the motion; the council approved by recorded roll call.
The council did not adopt a transfer ordinance or sale at the meeting; the public hearing will be scheduled as the next step and council directed staff to prepare required hearing materials.
