The board voted 5-0 to approve the APEX Consortium Agreement for 2025–26 and to cast the Green Hills AEA Region 5 ballot for Edward Gambs. Directors also approved a nonfinancial memorandum of understanding with Iowa Western Community College’s Council Bluffs Regional Center to indicate interest in additional CTE seats, and approved an MOU with Northwestern College for possible future student-teaching placements. Motions were made and seconded by board members and passed unanimously.
Board materials did not specify financial commitments for the IWCC MOU, which the meeting described as nonfinancial and indicating interest only.
