Supervisors emphasized review of redlines to the lease agreement and requested that county legal and management circulate suggested contract language; no formal contract approval was requested at this meeting.
The board noted local coverage gaps (for example, Dallas City) and said timely completion of redline reviews would be necessary before the county signs an updated lease or approves equipment changes.
