Commission discusses Flock Safety contract and potential cabin transfer from GMWSS

Separately, Attorney Osborne and Mayor Jennifer Jones reported that the Greater Midway Water and Sewer Service (GMWSS) owns a cabin in Royal Spring Park and plans a new project that leaves one cabin surplus. GMWSS may pay to relocate the structure; the city said it will await an appraisal and condition report before deciding whether to accept ownership or relocation costs.
No formal transfer or purchase agreement was authorized at the meeting; commissioners asked staff to obtain more information before acting.
