Stamping Ground to donate some tasers, destroy obsolete units and give cartridges to sheriff

Officials said some tasers were past their usable life or could not be sold; the minutes record that the department is moving away from taser use for some functions but do not describe a permanent policy change on use of the devices. The minutes also do not specify the number of units involved or whether donations require intergovernmental agreements.
