The Delhi Township Board of Trustees on June 24 adopted Resolution 2026-068 authorizing Township Administrator Skylor R. Miller to enter into a natural gas aggregation agreement with a supplier selected through the township’s consultant, Energy Alliances, Inc.
Trustee Cheryl A. Sieve introduced the resolution, Trustee Rosanne K. Stertz seconded it, and trustees voted to dispense with the second reading and to adopt the resolution on roll call. Administrator Miller encouraged residents to remain enrolled in the township’s natural gas aggregation program and briefed the Board on Duke Energy’s new gas supply pricing structure and anticipated delivery charge increases beginning in 2027.
The resolution authorizes the Administrator to execute the aggregation agreement with the supplier recommended by Energy Alliances, Inc.; the transcript does not list the selected supplier or contract price on the record.
