The state Division of Emergency Management also awarded a master stormwater study grant (up to $285,000) to advance basin planning and lift‑station siting; staff said prior consultant work will be consolidated into the grant and that the award will reimburse eligible costs and speed planning. Commissioners voted to accept the grants and directed staff to proceed with grant administration and bid preparation.
