The Prinsburg City Council called a special meeting for 6:30 a.m. on June 24, 2026, to consider and approve a revised Nuisance Ordinance. Sarah Van Dyken, the city Administrator/Clerk, announced the special meeting during the June 9 session.
Council member Greg Bonnema moved to approve a resolution setting a public hearing on the proposed revised Nuisance Ordinance for July 14, 2026, at 6:00 p.m.; Nate Marcus supported the motion and it passed (MSP). The clerk noted that resolutions are available on the city website, including those related to delegation of authority and automated payments.
The council did not record public testimony at the June 9 meeting; the July 14 hearing provides a formal opportunity for residents to review and comment on the revised ordinance before any final action.
