Clifton council adopts ordinance change, approves legal payment and cleaning contract

Council also awarded the Town Hall cleaning services contract to Clifton V.I.P. Cleaning Services. The approved scope provides cleaning twice per month at $300 per month, with the addition of regularly dusting window sills unless facility use intensity increases; the motion passed on a roll-call vote recorded as unanimous.
