Planning Commission recommends rezoning of Lot 1 at Flatwater Lake to R-3

City Engineer Greg Perry addressed the commission and described the requested change of zoning, saying the lot "will be for single family use justifying the rezoning to R-3." The public hearing produced no speakers from the public, and the commission closed the hearing before taking its vote.
The recommendation asks the City Council to adopt an ordinance changing the future land use map and the zoning designation for Lot 1 at Flatwater Lake to R-3. A favorable recommendation from the Planning Commission forwards the application to council for final action under the city's zoning and land-use procedures.
