Chair Richard Anthony and Shea Ramaker reported that the Town has received input on the Master Plan from the Historical Society, the Board of Selectmen, the Cable Committee and the cemetery sexton. Ramaker told the board she had incorporated the feedback she had received into the draft Master Plan.
Secretary Dan Kane said the Conservation Commission still needs to review a response he drafted on their behalf. Kane described how the Conservation Commission has worked through items in the Master Plan and said the Commission needs to finalize its review before the board moves forward on any changes the plan suggests.
Planning staff and board members described the exchange of departmental comments as working “well” and said the process allows the board to take input and revise the draft accordingly. The board did not set a formal adoption date in the meeting; staff will continue to collect and integrate departmental feedback.
