Anthony said the board’s action constituted notice of continuance to the public and that no further notice would be issued.
Applicant Al Couillard requested a site walk for the Planning Board and residents. The board set the site walk for Saturday, June 6 at 9:30 a.m. at the intersection of the proposed Cole’s Way and Hoyt Farm Road; the walk will be noticed to the public and attendees are welcome.
Planning staff and the chair described the continuance as a procedural step to permit technical reviews between the board’s consultant and the applicant’s engineer to be completed before resuming the hearing. The board left PB 26:05 on the agenda for the June 17 meeting for further consideration.
