Joe Stell moved to certify the election; Vernon Higgins seconded the motion and it carried unanimously. Chair Julia McCollough announced a risk-limiting audit scheduled for Friday, June 26, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. No public comments were offered on the certification.
The board also confirmed administrative next steps connected to certified results and documentation; no contested certification outcome was recorded in the meeting minutes. The board adjourned the special called meeting at 5:02 p.m.
