Separately, Principal Lauren Valentino reported 100% participation by grades 3–6 in summative ELA and math SBA assessments, described Field Day activities (including assistance from the Norfolk Volunteer Fire Department), and said Upper Intermediate students attended Nature's Classroom with donor and PTO support so the trip incurred no cost to students. Superintendent Kevin D. Case said Norfolk Now and the Botelle Beat featured committee work and award recognition.
