The estimate was discussed by staff (S3) and the Chair (S1); a motion to approve the expenditure was moved by a board member (S2) and seconded by the Chair (S1), and members voted in favor. Board members noted additional camera work is being quoted separately and wiring complexity could affect final cost.
Separately, the Chair announced a public hearing scheduled for 07/28/2026 at 6:30 p.m. for the Conservation Commission to consider purchasing three tax lots (Map 4 Lot 4; Map 4 Lot 5; Map 3 Lot 29-15). The board also discussed website agreement review and continuing RFP work for excavation and shoulder/grading repairs following recent paving.
No appropriation beyond the approved $812.30 estimate was included in discussion at the meeting; larger projects will return to the board for approval.
