Lower Heidelberg supervisors approve 2025 budget, manager contract addendum and multiple escrow releases

Police Chief Christopher Stouch presented the November activity report and said Officer David Vicari was promoted to corporal and awarded a letter of commendation "for an act to save, or preserve, a human life." Recreation Board representative Cheryl Johnson reported the Children’s Christmas Party was a success. Several officials and consultants were noted as absent or as having submitted written reports.
