Selectmen approve payroll and accounts-payable registers totaling $62,662.49

Marlborough selectmen on July 23 approved the July 24 Direct Deposit Register for $12,568.97 and the Accounts Payable Register for $50,093.52. Selectman Pitt moved the approvals, Selectman Nelson seconded, and the vote to approve was unanimous.
The board also approved the July 16, 2025 meeting minutes as amended by the same vote. Officials reviewed and signed the Yield Tax on Timber Cut 25-287-03-T and asked the chairman to contact the forester regarding a different cut whose assessment percentage appeared low.
No other financial votes were recorded at the meeting; the board indicated it will follow up with the forester and will consider any related agenda items at a future session.
