The Jenkinsburg City Council convened Nov. 10, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. with Mayor Eddie Ford calling the meeting to order and noting a quorum. Gary Brown gave the invocation and Mayor Ford led the Pledge of Allegiance.
The council conducted routine business early in the meeting. Jason Watts moved and Brent Eberspacher seconded approval of the Sept. 22, 2025 minutes; the motion passed unanimously. Jason Watts moved to accept the September and October 2025 financial reports; Brent Eberspacher seconded and the council voted unanimously to accept them.
The council also adopted the agenda by motion of Jason Watts, seconded by Gary Brown; the vote was unanimous. The minutes record no public comment, and the Mayor’s and Staff reports required no action.
Debbie L. McGlaun, CPA, presented the city’s 2024 audit during the meeting; the minutes note the presentation but do not record any formal action or vote regarding the audit.
Mayor Ford adjourned the meeting at 7:53 p.m. The meeting was recorded by City Clerk Debi Smith.
