The minutes record the board adjourned to closed session at 6:01 p.m. and later show a motion by President Palma, seconded by Ralph Lenzi, to reconvene public session; the board reconvened at 9:02 p.m. A subsequent motion to adjourn the meeting, by Palma and seconded by Dr. Christine Robitaille, carried and the meeting was adjourned at 9:02 p.m. The minutes state that matters discussed in executive session "should be made public as soon as the need for confidentiality no longer exists," but do not disclose interview content or any personnel action. The minutes also state "Action will not be taken" during the executive session.
