Board approves utility appropriations, stormwater report and routine resolutions

At its March 17, 2025 meeting the Village of North Fond du Lac Board of Trustees approved a slate of routine resolutions, accepted a utility report and handled standard consent items.
Resolutions adopted included Resolution-02-2025 proclaiming Kids to Parks Day, Resolution-03-2025 appropriating funds for the Water Utility for 2025, Resolution-04-2025 appropriating funds for the Wastewater Utility for 2025, Resolution-05-2025 appropriating funds for the Stormwater Utility for 2025, and Resolution-06-2025 proclaiming Arbor Day on April 25, 2025. Motions to approve those items were moved and seconded as recorded in the minutes; each vote was recorded as four ayes and motions carried.
The board also accepted the 2024 Stormwater Annual Report after a presentation by Director of Public Works Mitch Vis; Trustee Chuck Hornung moved approval and Trustee Mike Will seconded. In consent business, the board approved an operator license for Jonathon Stutzman (Dollar General, Fond du Lac) by motion of Trustee Mike Will and second of Trustee John Duffy. Trustee John Duffy moved and Trustee Mike Will seconded a motion to adjourn at 7:05 p.m.; the board recorded four ayes.
