The Village of North Fond du Lac Board of Trustees voted 4-0 Jan. 20 to approve the sale of village-owned property at 601 Michigan Avenue to Cutler Renovations LLC for $8,500.
Administrator Nick Leonard told the board the Village received an $8,500 offer from Cutler Renovations LLC and that the company intends to build a house on the lot this spring and has submitted building plans. Trustee Chuck Hornung moved to approve the sale; Trustee John Duffy seconded. The board recorded four ayes and the motion carried.
The vote occurred under the administrative section of the meeting. The consent agenda (approval of the Jan. 6 minutes and authorization of invoices and checks) was approved earlier in the meeting by a 4-0 vote on a motion from Trustee Mike Will, seconded by Trustee John Duffy. The board adjourned at 6:25 p.m.
The transcript does not record additional conditions on the sale, a closing date or other contract terms beyond the purchase price, nor does it record individual roll-call votes by name; those details were not specified in the meeting record.
