Council appoints Jamie Herd as town clerk over objection requesting fraud assessment

Mayor Rok disagreed with Merrill, noting Merrill had not raised these concerns earlier in the workshop meeting and arguing the appointment should proceed. The council voted to appoint Jamie Herd: Councilman Bitter, Councilman Toolson, Councilman Ellis, and Mayor Rok voted in favor; Councilman Merrill opposed.
