Freeman-Cady said the developer will send a copy of a Subdivision Agreement to the Village and its attorney; once the agreement is received, the clerk will schedule a Planning Commission public hearing. The discussion was advisory and procedural—no vote or formal approval of the plat occurred at the meeting.
The board’s next step is administrative: receive the Subdivision Agreement, schedule the Planning Commission hearing, and consider any public comment or required changes at subsequent meetings.
