Mayor Robbie Skinner administered the official oath reinstating Patrolman Dylan Major earlier in the meeting. Later, Police Chief Matt Gregory presented a proposed advertisement agreement with Hometown Publishing, Inc. for Buckhannon Police Department calendars; Randall and Zuliani moved to approve the advertisement agreement and the motion carried.
Chief Gregory also recognized Erica Bennett, Peer Liaison for the First Choice Peers Program, who presented the program's annual report and responded to council questions. Council members thanked Ms. Bennett for her work during the meeting remarks.
