Burley planning commission approves preliminary plat for Willowbrook Parke Subdivision

The City of Burley Planning & Zoning Commission voted to approve Resolution 2026-4, accepting the preliminary plat application from Silver Creek Property Holding LLC for the Willowbrook Parke Subdivision, located near the southwest corner of 27th Street and Parke Avenue.
Staff member McArthur reviewed the resolution for the commission and noted that changes had been made to sections D, F and A of the document. The application covers portions of Cassia County tax parcels RP10S23E310001 and RP10S23E310151.
Commissioner Doug Anderton moved to approve Resolution 2026-4 with the noted changes and to forward the resolution to the City Council; Commissioner Ty Jones seconded. A roll-call vote was taken and all members present — Chairman Trevor Reno, Commissioner Ty Jones, Commissioner Jeremy Cox, Commissioner Scott Draper, Commissioner Tyson Nelson and Commissioner Doug Anderton — voted in favor. The commission then recessed business and, at 7:36 p.m., Commissioner Ty Jones moved to adjourn; Commissioner Scott Draper seconded and the meeting was adjourned.
The approval recorded in these minutes forwards the matter to the Burley City Council for further consideration.
